As a Behavioral Health Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by developing personalized strategies to promote positive behavioral changes. We offer a competitive salary range of $78,900 - $82,500 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Compensation
Pay
Based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients navigating behavioral health challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs Facilitate group sessions and workshops to promote skill development Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Educate clients and families about neurodiversity and available resources Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
Requirements
Relevant degree in psychology, social work, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with behavioral health needs Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of behavioral health concepts is a plus
