Health Educator

The health educator will educate and deliver relevant health education resources to families receiving services from the medical unit, conducting counseling sessions for adolescents and adults in various settings. Main duties include completing linking, outreach, securing medical appointments, submitting required reports, and managing various client logs.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in health education, public health, nursing, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience providing health education to both adults and children. Desirable qualifications include a master's degree and fluency in both english and spanish.
