Middle School Social Studies Teacher (SY 2026-27)

The teacher is responsible for instructing middle school students (Grades 6-8) in social studies and other core curriculum areas, creating a flexible learning environment, and motivating students to develop necessary skills for college and beyond. Duties include providing instruction aligned with standards, evaluating student performance, managing the classroom, and utilizing data to adjust teaching methods.

Candidates must possess a current minnesota teaching license for secondary education (Grades 6-12) and typically require 3+ years of teaching experience, along with strong skills in classroom presentation and management. Preference is given to candidates knowledgeable in letrs or structured literacy based on the science of reading.
