Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Successful candidates must also obtain cpr/First aid certification and the registered behavior technician certification within 45 days of onboarding.
