Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will assist children with autism in learning and developing communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy. Responsibilities also include physical engagement such as pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running as needed by the client.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, and possess reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. A high school education is the minimum requirement, and the role demands availability for consistent weekly schedules including mornings, afternoons, and/Or evenings.
