In-Home Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) interventions to clients in their homes, collecting and analyzing progress data under bcba supervision, and coordinating with staff to ensure therapy consistency. Technicians will also implement individualized aba programs, assist in developing behavior intervention plans, and communicate progress feedback to parents and guardians.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and candidates must possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance, with a commitment to obtain rbt certification within 60 days if not already certified. Experience with aba or special needs children is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.
