Para‑Professional

The para-Professional will support classroom instruction under licensed teaching staff, providing one-On-One and small-Group academic assistance while maintaining a structured, trauma-Informed learning environment. Responsibilities also include assisting with behavior support, supervising students during non-Instructional times, and handling basic administrative tasks.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, and candidates should possess strong communication, patience, and relationship-Building skills to support students who may struggle in traditional settings. Preference is given to those holding an active indiana substitute teacher license or those actively pursuing an education degree.
