Physical Therapist - PRN

The physical therapist is responsible for competent evaluation and treatment of patients regarding mobility, function, strength, and positioning, while communicating progress with relevant parties. This role also involves conducting engaging in-Services and maintaining professional documentation of all services provided.

Candidates must possess a b.s., master's, or dpt in physical therapy and hold a current license in the state(S) of service delivery. Essential functions include timely patient evaluation, developing and executing treatment plans, supervising assistants, and meeting productivity standards.
