Summer Youth Camp Counselor (seasonal, part-time)

This role is responsible for enthusiastically leading, supporting, engaging, and motivating youth participants through various activity programs while ensuring compliance with rules and safety. The counselor will also assist in developing youth programs, mentoring participants, and maintaining clean facilities and equipment.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and must obtain child/Infant cpr/Aed and first aid certifications within 30 days of hire. Essential requirements include a robust ability to lead youth, strong verbal communication skills, active listening, the ability to provide engaging activities, and the capacity to work independently and act as a positive role model.
