Hours

  • Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm,
  • Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Salary

From $43,500.00 per year

Job Description

  • Aleph Preschool, housed in Beth El Synagogue in St.
  • Louis Park, MN, is seeking a dynamic, caring, nurturing, and experienced individual to teach in our preschool.
  • This teacher will interact with children as young as 16 months up to 5 years old.
  • Aleph Preschool helps children establish a strong sense of identity, develop a passion for learning, and help to cultivate their instincts to positively impact the world.
  • This individual would play a key part in making this a reality for our students.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience as a lead teacher in an early childhood classroom (preferred)
  • Experience with professional written and oral communication
  • Knowledge of Judaism, Teaching Strategies GOLD, Creative Curriculum
  • Minimum of an associate’s degree (preferred)
  • Passionate about working with young children and their families
  • Ability to participate and engage in all classroom activities (lifting up to 30 lbs, sitting/kneeling on the floor, diapering, etc.)
