Assistant Teacher, Drueding

The assistant teacher will support the head teacher in instructing, guiding, and supervising children aged 6 weeks to 5 years using a trauma-Informed approach, adhering to naeyc, keystone stars, and dhs guidelines. This role includes arranging educational materials, logging daily activities, maintaining records, preparing reports, and communicating with parents daily.

Candidates must possess either an associate degree in an early childhood or human services field with specific secondary training hours, or a current child development associate (Cda) credential with two years of relevant experience. A willingness to embrace the mission and values of redeemer health and successful completion of criminal history and child abuse clearances are also mandatory.
