Assistant Professor of Practice - Physician Assistant Program

The assistant professor of practice will be responsible for evaluating and revising course curriculum, instructing both didactic and clinical year students, and developing and evaluating student assessments. Key duties also include developing, maintaining, and mentoring adjunct instructors, participating in committees, and advising physician assistant students.

A minimum requirement is a master's degree in physician assistant studies or a related healthcare field, along with nccpa board certification and at least three years of clinical experience. A doctorate degree or willingness to pursue one is preferred, along with a strong understanding of current pa education standards (Arc-Pa).
