Global Care and Wellness Advisor

This role serves as a primary medical, mental health, and wellbeing advisor for study abroad students, acting as a non-Clinical case manager to coordinate organizational support during health or safety challenges abroad. Key duties include individualized pre-Trip planning advising, health form review, case management for assigned caseloads, and participation in a 24/7 on-Call incident response rotation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Graduate degree preferred) and a minimum of two years of experience in case management, incident response, or student-Focused higher education. Essential abilities include strong advising skills, calmness under pressure, excellent judgment, collaborative decision-Making, and proficiency with crm software like salesforce.
