Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

The certified clinical medical assistant will assess students' health needs, administer treatment within their scope of practice, and support overall operations to ensure health services meets national and state standards. Key duties include preparing patients, administering medications, maintaining medical records, performing wound care, collecting samples, and educating patients on care plans.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate's degree preferred, alongside a ccma national certification and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Required certifications include cpr and first aid, along with verification of hepatitis b vaccination status.
