Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver in-Person aba therapy in children's homes and follow behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba. They will also collect and record data on client progress and participate in supervision sessions.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children, particularly those with special needs. Reliable transportation and the ability to work with high-Aggression clients are also required.
