Therapeutic Mentor– 4-day work week!

The therapeutic mentor provides positive role modeling for children and youth facing challenges in social skills, behavior control, problem-Solving, and conflict resolution. Mentors assist youth in identifying strengths and practicing new, positive ways of interacting with peers and adults in various settings.

Candidates must meet educational requirements, which include a bachelor's degree in human services, or an associate's degree with one year of experience, or a high school diploma with two years of experience working with children and families. Applicants must also be 21 or older and possess a valid driver's license with reliable access to a car.
