Women's Health Initiative Network (WHIN) Peer Navigator

The peer navigator delivers peer-Driven services to young women of color (Woc) in rockland, dutchess, orange, and westchester counties to increase awareness of hiv/Hcv/Sti status and address social determinants of health (Sdoh). Responsibilities include conducting outreach, leading educational workshops, providing referrals for testing and treatment linkage, and ensuring accurate data entry into the airs system.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with lived shared experience of the priority population, and a minimum of one year of experience in peer education or hiv/Hcv/Sti counseling. A valid driver's license and independent transportation are required for frequent travel across the serviced counties.
