Training and Development Specialist

This role leads the development and implementation of high-Quality, cost-Efficient professional development for early learning center programming and functional training initiatives, prioritizing program satisfaction and responsiveness to needs. The specialist will embed high-Quality practices from various sources into diverse environments while ensuring service delivery aligns with strategic plans and regulatory requirements through data evaluation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of five years of work experience in keystone stars or naeyc accredited childcare settings. Required experience includes knowledge of ocdel training requirements, development in inclusive childhood education, and managing e-Learning platforms, along with active pediatric cpr/Fa/Aed certification.
