Required experience includes knowledge of OCDEL training requirements, development in Inclusive Childhood Education, and managing e-learning platforms, along with active Pediatric CPR/FA/AED Certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred. Five (5) years’ work experience in Keystone STARS or NAEYC accredited childcare settings required. Experience with the OCDEL training requirements and regulations. Experience with training and development in Inclusive Childhood Education. Experience with developing and managing e-learning platforms. Experience with technology required for training delivery, in person and remotely, small and large groups.
