Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of five years of work experience in keystone stars or naeyc accredited childcare settings. Required experience includes knowledge of ocdel training requirements, development in inclusive childhood education, and managing e-Learning platforms, along with active pediatric cpr/Fa/Aed certification.
