Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with Family/Individual Across the Lifespan Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification required. Master’s degree in nursing or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. Earned doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline preferred; candidates without a doctoral degree must be enrolled in a doctoral program. Eligible for or currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Demonstrated teaching experience in an accredited academic nursing program required, preferably in graduate nursing education. Knowledge of teaching and learning strategies, curriculum development, and student evaluation in nursing education. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty colleagues, students, and clinical partners. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
