Candidates must be a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with Family/Individual Across the Lifespan Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and hold a Master’s degree in nursing or a related field. Eligibility for or current licensure in Pennsylvania is required, along with demonstrated teaching experience in an academic nursing program.

Earned doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline preferred; candidates without a doctoral degree must be enrolled in a doctoral program. Demonstrated teaching experience in an accredited academic nursing program required, preferably in graduate nursing education. Knowledge of teaching and learning strategies, curriculum development, and student evaluation in nursing education. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty colleagues, students, and clinical partners. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
