Workforce Inclusion Instructor

The instructor is responsible for providing life skills coaching and training to individuals with disabilities to promote independence in daily living and community engagement. This includes coaching on effective communication, maintaining collaborative relationships with the support team, assisting with case files, and serving as an advocate.

Minimum qualifications include intermediate computer skills across various software types, effective communication abilities (Listening, verbal, written), basic mathematical proficiency, and the capacity to manage competing priorities with flexibility. Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred, and a high school diploma or ged is required.
