Child Care Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher - Childtime, Sierra Gardens Dr.

The lead infant/Toddler teacher is responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards. This role also involves developing accurate observations, assessments, planning for children, communicating with families, and implementing the proprietary curriculum.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of six months of experience leading an early childhood classroom with educational lesson plan creation in a licensed center. Additionally, a minimum of 12 early childhood education units and the ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, cpr/First aid, and mandated reporter training are mandatory.
