Revenue Cycle Learning Specialist

This role is instrumental in building and deploying revenue cycle trainings, overseeing staff and leadership development, onboarding, and competency assessments across the revenue cycle continuum. The specialist provides strategic and operational leadership for system-Wide training programs supporting hospital, clinic, and home health operations.

A minimum requirement is an associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with three years of healthcare operations/Revenue cycle experience and familiarity with revenue cycle processes and training methodologies. A bachelor's degree and prior experience with cerner millennium and epic systems are preferred.
