The physical therapist will screen, evaluate, re-Evaluate, and discharge plan for residents, making revisions to established plans of care as supervised by a physician. They will provide essential therapy services while working in a supportive environment.

Candidates must have a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and the ability to supervise physical therapy assistants are also required.
