Spanish ECE Pathways Student Liaison (Part-Time)

The bilingual student liaison will assist the manager in coordinating contract activities, including student intake, data tracking, and monitoring progress, while providing coaching to bilingual students completing the foundational certificate in spanish. Specific duties involve individualized guidance, serving as a liaison between students and staff, maintaining communication for retention, and conducting site visits at practicum placements.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in a related field plus three years of experience in areas like academic advisement or program management, or an equivalent combination. Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish and english) and should ideally have a background in early childhood education (Ece) and experience with massachusetts ece credentialing.
