Kids Club Staff - Haverhill YMCA

The staff member will create a safe and caring space for young participants in the kids' club drop-In room by engaging them in play-Based and curriculum-Based activities. They must also foster positive relationships with members, guests, and children by greeting them warmly.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess experience supervising children, along with an understanding of child development from infancy through elementary school. Flexibility in scheduling is required, and the ability to lift at least 40 lbs and respond quickly to unexpected situations is necessary.
