Employment Coach - Fox Cities (Full Time)

This role involves providing individualized coaching and training to participants with diverse abilities across various settings, focusing on both job-Specific and soft skills to meet employment standards. The coach must collaborate with internal teams to identify participant needs and effectively monitor and document performance and compliance with site policies.

Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment. Essential requirements include excellent time management, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a valid driver's license for travel.
