Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement the classroom curriculum, adapting it to individual child needs while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities also include supporting child development through structured play and positive guidance, and collaborating with the lead teacher on routines and parent communication.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with meeting all state licensing requirements for assistant teachers, including obtaining cpr/First aid certification if not already held. Previous experience working with children is preferred, and candidates must be physically able to engage actively with children and lift up to 30-40 pounds.
