The Assistant Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in implementing classroom curriculum and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, facilitating structured activities, and communicating effectively with families.
Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and meet all state licensing requirements for assistant teachers. Previous experience in a childcare or youth program setting is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification.

Must be able to lift up to 30–40 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff.
