Job Site Success Coach

The job site success coach manages up to 15 active clients by providing post-Employment services, using a person-Centered approach to train, coach, and mentor them toward employment goals while fostering connections with supervisors. Responsibilities also include developing job aids, assessing obstacles, providing on-The-Job training, documenting progress, and maintaining client files in compliance with guidelines.

A high school diploma/Ged is required, though an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, be able to pass background checks, and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and technology skills.
