Teen program specialists facilitate workshops and provide supervision to campers, ensuring a supportive environment for personal growth. They also serve as general counselors, responsible for the safety and well-Being of campers during non-Teaching periods.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and preferably have three years of college education or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in a residential camp setting and prior supervisory experience are required.
