Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will provide evaluation and therapy services, including direct patient care and education, in a culturally sensitive manner. They will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design individualized care plans and support discharge planning.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and be licensed in the state of practice. One year of physical therapy experience is preferred, but new graduates are also considered.
