Intervention Specialist

The intervention specialist manages all aspects of special education services, ensuring compliance with laws and providing specialized instruction tailored to student needs, including teaching iep goals and provisions. This role involves developing standards-Based curriculum, supervising students, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student academic development and well-Being.

Candidates must possess a passion for improving educational opportunities for urban students and demonstrate commitment to the organization's mission, requiring a bachelor's degree and a current ode license as an intervention specialist. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, highly qualified teacher status, and experience with etrs, iats, and writing ieps.
