Early Preschool Teacher (2 year olds)

The teacher will create a fun, safe environment and implement daily schedules designed to develop children's confidence and independence through small group instruction. Responsibilities include guiding young children in learning language, literacy, science, and life skills using the balanced learning® curriculum alongside a co-Teacher.

The role requires fostering curiosity, creativity, and compassion while building genuine relationships with each child. Candidates will work with a co-Teacher to implement research-Informed lesson plans and maintain an encouraging classroom environment.
