Position Description

• AppliedKids is seeking a caring and energetic Infant-Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
• In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports the growth and learning of children ages 3mo. – 36 mo.
• Key Responsibilities Supervise infants and toddlers while ensuring compliance with childcare licensing and safety standards.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with team members to design, evaluate, and enhance curriculum, routines, and learning environments.
• Build positive relationships with families through regular communication, conferences, and developmental updates.
• Create a clean, safe, and inclusive classroom that celebrates cultural diversity and fosters trust.
• Participate in professional development, training, and staff meetings to uphold best practices in early childhood education.
