Registered Behavior Technician RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans designed by a bcba and collaborating effectively with the clinical team and families to support client needs.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, requiring consistent transportation and a valid license for in-Home services. New hires must be able to attend paid training and pass the rbt exam within 45 days, or complete the 40-Hour training course if hired as a bt.
