Direct Support Staff

Direct support staff members act as mentors and role models, implementing a structured model of care to change attitudes and behaviors in young men residing in a multipurpose home. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, supporting daily activities like schoolwork, and collaborating on long-Term success plans with youth and families.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma, with experience working with youth aged 11-17 being preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to live onsite during shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are mandatory requirements.
