Youth Development Professional (After-School) - TK & Kinder

The youth development professional will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging after-School environment for tk and kinder students. They are responsible for facilitating play-Based learning activities, managing daily routines, and supporting the social-Emotional development of children.

No prior experience is required for this entry-Level role, though candidates with education or experience in early childhood development are preferred. Applicants must demonstrate high emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-Paced, dynamic environment.
