Children's Ministry Associate (Full Time-School Aged Room)

Staff members are responsible for upholding the organizational culture, maintaining a ministry-Focused atmosphere, and following the directions of the children's ministry manager. Key duties include preparing learning materials, supervising children's safety, assisting with daily routines like eating and toileting, and guiding social-Emotional development.

Candidates must have a personal relationship with jesus christ and demonstrate spiritual maturity according to evangelical biblical standards, along with a heart of compassion for the hurting. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and training or experience in early childhood or elementary education, along with the physical ability to lift 30 pounds and sit on the floor.
