College & Career Support Specialist

The specialist will provide individualized coaching and group workshops on career readiness topics like resume writing and college navigation, while also supporting the design and delivery of relevant programming. This role involves planning and executing alumni-Focused events and maintaining strong relationships with alumni to support their post-Secondary success and career advancement.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with 2–4 years of experience working with high school or college-Aged students, preferably in nonprofit or workforce development settings. Essential qualifications include strong facilitation, mentoring, organizational skills, and a passion for youth development and equitable access to opportunity.
