Lead Teacher – Float Position

The lead teacher will provide lead-Level classroom coverage across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups, delivering developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the learning experience l.e.a.p. Curriculum. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe, nurturing environment and supporting early academics and social-Emotional development.

Candidates must possess tece i and tece ii certifications along with a high school diploma or ged; a cda or early childhood coursework is strongly preferred. A minimum of six months of classroom experience is required, and the applicant must meet all delaware childcare licensing and background requirements.
