Early Interventionist Specialist- Orangeburg | St. Matthews

The specialist will provide family-Centered early intervention services, including training and support to caregivers regarding child development, parenting, and family functioning for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. Duties also involve developing and implementing strategies to promote child development and monitoring the progress of both the child and the family.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree in a related field (Like education, child development, psychology, etc.) plus one year of documented experience working with children aged birth to six years old. Alternatively, a bachelor's in any field with five years of documented experience with infants/Toddlers or children aged birth to five with disabilities is acceptable, and applicants must reside in the specified south carolina counties.
