Teacher, Visually Impaired Program - Beginning 2026/2027 School Year

The teacher, visually impaired program is responsible for teaching individuals with vision-Related disabilities and providing instruction to promote progress across all areas of educational development. This role reports to the county superintendent and works under the direct supervision of designated manager(S).

Candidates must possess an appropriate california teaching credential authorizing specialized services for students with visual impairment, along with authorization to teach english language learners. Required documentation includes transcripts, credential copy, english learner authorization, a letter of introduction, two signed letters of recommendation, and a resume.
