Occupational Therapist - SNF

The occupational therapist will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans while providing therapy services to both short-Term rehab and long-Term care patients. They will also document treatments and collaborate with care teams to support patient independence and safety.

Candidates must have an active california occupational therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program. Snf or geriatric experience is preferred, along with strong communication and documentation skills.
