Core responsibilities
The ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes to fulfill the organization's vision and mission by implementing a consistent approach to discipleship within assigned sports environments. This role requires adherence to biblical standards and policies while leading spiritual development for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes.
Requirements summary
The position requires agreeing with and abiding by the organization's christian community statement and maintaining a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and bible study. Responsibilities include ministerial duties, ministry advancement through engagement and training, talent advancement through volunteer development, and potential donor support raising.
