Ambassador

The ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes to fulfill the organization's vision and mission by implementing a consistent approach to discipleship within assigned sports environments. This role requires adherence to biblical standards and fca policies while leading spiritual development for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes.

Candidates must agree with and abide by the organization's christian community statement and follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and bible study. Responsibilities include leading spiritual development, engaging stakeholders through ministry activities, and potentially assisting with donor support raising.
