Social Worker , MSW / LICSW

The clinical social worker will serve as a vital bridge between students, families, and educational programs, acting as a primary advocate for students with sensory and intellectual challenges to ensure their psychosocial needs are met. Key duties include coordinating family contacts, providing clinical consultation to staff, coordinating iep meetings, and facilitating communication with outside agencies.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work (Msw) and be a licensed independent clinical social worker (Licsw) in massachusetts, with a minimum of two years of experience as an lcsw/Licsw. Specialized knowledge in working with children facing sensory challenges or intellectual disabilities is required, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
