Lead Teacher K-5 2026-2027

The lead teacher will be responsible for providing engaging lesson plans that conform to the charter's curriculum and collaborating with staff to determine instructional goals and methods. This role also requires preparing students for relevant standardized tests and utilizing data analytics to drive instruction and promote learning.

Candidates must possess new york state certification and a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree being preferred. Prior teaching experience and experience with diverse or urban populations are advantageous, and all applicants must pass fingerprint clearance through the nys department of education.
