Job description

  • As a BCBA at Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting behavior assessments (e.g., FBAs, skills assessments) in accordance with BACB guidelines- Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
  • Supervising RBTs and BCBAs to ensure treatment integrity and ethical implementation
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor client progress and update treatment plans
  • Conducting parent and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skills
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable ethical codes as set by the BACB and Medicaid/insurance guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for billing, progress notes, and internal audits
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, schools, and families as needed.
  • Participating in team meetings, clinical reviews, and continuing education activities
  • Collaborating with teachers and leadership at Silver Lining Learning Academy to align behavior support plans with educational goals
  • Participating in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school staff trainings as needed to support student success
  • Providing consultation to teachers and administrators to ensure appropriate implementation of behavior strategies within the classroom environment
