Med-Surg Educator

This role utilizes the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop a plan of care, and implement and evaluate the care provided, while also leading the patient care team. The position involves providing direct and indirect patient care and delivering didactic and hands-On education to support staff development and enhance clinical performance.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing and have a minimum of two years of previous nursing experience. A requirement includes holding an active rn license in missouri and completing department-Specific certifications within the designated timeframe.
