Teacher

The teacher is responsible for implementing head start/Preschool educational objectives, supervising children, and managing assigned assistant teachers or classroom aides. This includes preparing and implementing daily/Weekly lesson plans, maintaining detailed child records, and conducting required home visits.

A minimum of one year of recent experience teaching preschool-Age children is required, along with an associate degree in child development or early childhood education (Ece) or a related field with equivalent coursework and a state-Awarded permit. Candidates must also maintain current pediatric cpr and first aid certifications and pass required background checks.
